Each Vanaa agro-forest plot is a living system — blending ecological restoration with community and purpose. Here, you don't just invest in land; you become a steward of regeneration. Vanaa exists for people who want more than a visit—who want to participate in long-term regeneration with a conscious community and an on-ground stewardship system.
Schedule a Visit
A personal sanctuary where you reconnect with nature, community, and calm—your weekend forest, your morning harvest, and a regenerative agroforestry plot that grows in richness, beauty, intercrop abundance, and long-term timber value with every season.
Each Vanaa agro-forest plot reverses desertification, regenerates degraded soil, stores carbon and water, and creates living corridors for birds, pollinators, and native species.
Vanaa becomes a legacy you pass on — of restoration, learning, responsibility, renewable income, and regenerative abundance. A living heirloom forest where timber, intercrops, and biodiversity mature into legacy wealth.
Choose your plot through the connection you sense and form.
Walk the living system — water, soil, habitat, and the way we live. Arrive curious, stay present, and let the land speak first.
Choose your plot through the connection you sense and form.
Belonging begins when the forest remembers you — when your trees grow taller, the soil softens, birds return, and your visits become rituals.
At Vanaa, you don't just own a plot — you become part of a living system.

"Every visit to Anantgram feels like the earth itself is welcoming me home." I have been a Custodian of Anantgram since its very first breath, when it was nothing but a dream rooted in soil and sincerity. I was there before the paths were worn in, before the harvests came, before the world outside even knew this place existed. Each time I return, I don't simply visit a piece of land. I return to a living, breathing world that has moved forward since I last stood in it. And every single time, it has something new to show me. What Anantgram has done is rare and almost impossible to put into words. They have taken the ancient relationship between humans and the earth and made it relevant, tangible, and deeply personal. As a Vanna member, I don't just own a stake in this land, I feel the land owns a part of me. Every visit has taught me something I didn't come looking for, about food, about nature, about slowing down, about what it truly means to nourish and be nourished. The team at Anantgram doesn't just farm. They teach without lecturing. They inspire without performing. They take your existing experience and quietly, effortlessly, elevate it to a place you didn't know existed. I have left Anantgram with mud on my shoes, food in my hands, and something sitting in my chest that I struggle to name, a kind of fullness that no restaurant, no resort, no polished experience has ever given me. This is not just a farm. This is a movement, and the movement is absolute. No means no. No chemicals. No compromise. No shortcuts taken at the earth's expense. Just clean soil, clean food, and the courage to hold that line every single day. And I am honoured to be its Custodian.

Our journey with Anantgram began simply enough—our first two visits were purely for the joy of kayaking in the canal. But during those trips, we noticed something exceptional: the vegetables, milk, yogurt, and fruits tasted remarkably wholesome, far better than anything we were used to. That pure, clean taste is what brought us back. Over the years, we have returned multiple times, and with every single visit, we discover a new facet of this incredible place. Our love and respect for Anantgram and its dedicated team have only grown. What truly draws us back time and again is their profound philosophy. From their natural water management that breathed life into the land, to providing chemical-free food and ensuring a fair share of nature is left for all species, Anantgram is a living masterclass in giving back to the earth. It is more than a farm; it is a sanctuary where humans and nature exist in perfect harmony.

I have personally known the team at Vanaa for more than 15 years. When I first heard of what they had in mind it sounded like a far cry, converting a barren land into a biodiverse project. But they have done it and it is simply amazing to see the transformation. I finally got an opportunity to purchase land at Anantgram and it has been one of the most meaningful decisions I've made. The team, I felt, had a genuine sense of transparency, trust, and commitment to creating something far beyond a typical real estate project. A vision for sustainable living, with nature, community, and responsible development came together beautifully. I'm impressed with the thought and care invested in every aspect of the project from ecological conservation and water management to the emphasis on biodiversity and long-term sustainability. It makes me feel like my investment contributes to a greener future and gives me immense satisfaction. The team's passion and integrity are evident in everything they do. For me, this is more than owning a piece of land; it's becoming part of a community that values harmony with nature and responsible stewardship of the environment. I look forward to watching Vanaa grow and to spending quality time in this peaceful, inspiring space.

Living in overseas metropolitan New York, far from India, my visit to Vanaa was a refreshing return to roots. Stepping onto the farm, I got to understand and appreciate the sustainability practices being nurtured there, while also finding space to truly decompress. Swimming in the lake that sustains the agriculture and animals of the region was a highlight, as were the quiet evenings watching sunsets and learning about the avian wildlife preservation efforts underway. What struck me most was witnessing the journey from barren land to blooming, thriving fields — a testament to years of dedicated work. Even the guest housing reflects this ethos, built thoughtfully using byproducts of horticulture. Vanaa is a journey worth being part of.

I have had the pleasure of watching Anantgram evolve from a dry barren patch of thorny bushes to a lush green farm-forest, with lakes full of water, trees and marshes teaming with birds and flowers blooming all year round. It has something for everyone. If you are a bird watcher, it has over 150 species. If you are a star gazer, the night skies are dark and clear. If you are into off-roading, bring your Thar, Jeep or dirt bike. If you like kayaking, it's got lakes and kayaks. If all you want to do is stand in its shallow waterfall and let the water massage your back, it's there. For me it's the place to be, because I like all of the above, not to mention the Anantgram hospitality with its small cottages and farm grown organic ingredients-based food that the staff serves. If you don't like how they cook it (highly unlikely), you can take baskets full of fruits, vegetables, staples and spices home, and cook them anyway you want. In fact, you can do that even if you like how they cook. Join Anantgram, and it's a matter of time before it becomes your home away from home, because that is what it is for me.
