These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Anantgram website and your participation in visits, stays, workshops, retreats, and Vanaa custodianship inquiries ("Programmes"). By using our Site or booking a Programme, you agree to these Terms.
1. Visits, Stays, and Bookings

All visits and stays are confirmed by request and subject to availability, as described on our Experiences page.

Fees, itineraries, and inclusions are communicated after we understand your intent and dates, and are confirmed in writing before your visit.

Certain activities, such as birding, night walks, kayaking, and swimming, are seasonal, weather-dependent, and safety-led. They may be modified or unavailable at the time of your visit.

Accommodation is by prior request and availability. Priority will be given to custodians and programme participants.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Requests to cancel or reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit.
3. Liability Waiver and Safety

Anantgram is a working farm with natural water bodies, uneven terrain, machinery, and animals. Guests take part in all activities at their own risk.

All guests must read and sign our liability waiver before taking part in farm activities.

Guests must disclose relevant mobility, health, sensory, or dietary needs in advance so we can plan appropriately. We cannot guarantee that we will accommodate every need.

Some activities have minimum age requirements for safety reasons.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or refuse participation in any activity based on weather, water levels, safety conditions, or guest wellbeing.
4. Vanaa Custodianship

Vanaa plot arrangements, custodian terms, financial commitments, and management services are governed by a separate, signed custodian agreement, not by these general Terms.

Website content about Vanaa is informational and does not constitute a binding offer. All commitments are finalised only through the signed custodian agreement.
5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, photographs, farm data, and the Anantgram name and logo, is owned by Anantgram Farms unless otherwise credited.

Such content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.
6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by scraping, unauthorised data collection, or attempting to disrupt Site functionality.
7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anantgram Farms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in any Programme, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right or remedy you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any right you have as a consumer under applicable law, the courts at Sri Sathya Sai District, Andhra Pradesh, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Site or booking of a Programme after changes constitutes acceptance.
